The Builder : Preferred Realtor Program

At Samter Homes we realize the value of the broker/builder relationship. We have worked closely with our Sales Manager, Candace Courter of Courter Realty, to develop resources for brokers that minimize the effort required to sell a Samter Home. By registering as a Preferred Realtor you will be the first to hear about new buyer and broker incentives, receive emails of Grand Opening and Studio events, and be included in our Preferred Realtor program (under development).
